Laid out to C.H.E.K. specifications, the Kinesis studio looks very different from what you would normally find in a commercial fitness center. No weight machines here! What you will see, a training area dedicated to free weights, adjustable cables, lifting and room for stretching, swiss ball and medicine ball training. Components for postural and post-rehabilitation exercises are applied and specific to Kinesis.

As a CHEK Exercise Coach, Blair applies both a functional and holistic approach to training, incorporating the body as a whole.
