Back at it!

Hello Everyone!

Now that Spring is here, I am getting my self back to studying! I completed a coaching course earlier this month and will soon begin a diet webinar this week. This next program will aid me to apply greater fine tuning of the Metabolic Typing approach to our diets.

I will be able to show you:

  • Simple guidelines about what to eat and when
  • How to fine tune your meals
  • "Cheat" without guilt
  • Develop a plan thats is right for you

Over the Spring and Summer months I will also be finishing pre-requisites for the fall CHEK practitioner training. So far, I am making good headway just as long as the sunny outdoor weather does not get me side tracked!
