Hello Everyone,

It has been busy this past few months, getting the business going! I am happy to announce very soon, I will have a permanent central location. Currently, I have been seeing clients from a warm in-home gym courtesy of my good friend Heather. It will be nice to have a larger studio complete with office space!

I will be located directly behind Claris Media between Cincott Market and Elk Valley Family Chiropractic.

Today, I was enjoying some painting at the new location. Thanks to Vanessa and Krista for choosing such energetic colours! Some finishing work is left to complete before the flooring can be installed.

If visiting the Cincott Market or Dr. Rumples, feel free to stop in, say hello and how the new space is coming along!
