Summer exercise and Vancouver bound!

Hello Everyone!

I am sure you are all familiar with the concept of organizing activities. Regular blog posts are something I would like to do but with my regime I tend to leave out the posts! I enjoying sharing, so today I would like to mention a few things which I have been up to over the last few months.

During the summer I turned my focus to designing a new strength program which is centered around weight loss. Paying careful attention to many exercises, special variables and combinations, anyone participating will find their body to activate positive hormones, stimulating fat loss and promoting lean muscle. The program is a great mix of isolated, integrated and functional exercises. No matter what your personal goals may be, this program is sure to build strength and endurance or aid in preparing for the upcoming winter season!

Aside from participating in regular health and exercise webinars, I have been studying a pre-requisite for an upcoming workshop. Starting soon, I will be off to Vancouver to take part in a stretch therapy intensive. This will allow me to gain mastery of relevant solo and practitioner applied stretching and strengthening exercises and neural re-patterning techniques for the evaluation and correction of dysfunction. With this new stretching knowledge, I am considering the idea to also offer a weekend group stretch this winter. Après stretching anyone?

I am very much looking forward to Vancouver, seeing family, friends and enjoying some hiking and time near the water. I hope you all get to enjoy nature and find some peace-points in your life along the way.

Wishing you well,

Blair
